These Terms & Conditions govern the use of www.ozonewindsports.com (the “Website”) and the purchase of products from Ozone Wind Sports SL (“the Company”), a limited liability company registered in Spain, NIF B2657726, with registered office at Passeig Marítim S/N, Port Ginesta, Local 201, 08860 Botigues de Sitges, Barcelona.

By accessing the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website.

2. Products and Orders

  • The Company offers wholesale distribution of sports toys and products.
  • Product descriptions, prices, and availability are provided on the Website to the best of the Company’s knowledge.
  • All orders are subject to acceptance by the Company.
  • The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including stock unavailability or errors in pricing.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are in Euros (€) and do not include taxes or shipping unless stated.
  • Payment must be completed via the available payment methods listed on the Website.
  • The Company may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping policies, including costs, delivery times, and zones, are detailed in the Shipping Policy.
  • Estimated delivery times are indicative; the Company is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.
  • Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery by the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 15 calendar days of receipt only in cases of product defects, damage during shipping, or if the product does not match the description at the time of purchase. The purchase amount will be refunded, excluding shipping cost. 
  • Refunds will be processed after the returned products are received and inspected.
