Shipping Your Package

Packages are shipped via private courier once payment has been confirmed. Delivery times are approximately 24–48 hours to the mainland, 2–5 business days to the Balearic Islands, and 3–7 business days to the Canary Islands. Transit times may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping costs are calculated fairly, based on the weight and size of your package, so you only pay what is necessary. Please inspect your package upon delivery, and if you notice any damage to the packaging, notify the courier immediately.

If an item is out of stock, we will inform you right away. You may choose to wait for restocking or request a full refund.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 15 calendar days of receipt only in cases of product defects, damage during shipping, or if the product does not match the description at the time of purchase. The purchase amount will be refunded, excluding shipping costs.
